Massive concrete pilings, sunk at least 55-feet in the ground, rise to support the townhomes. The height of the first floor (18.5-feet above flood plain) provides two-car parking for each residence.

A two-inch no-touch gap between the structural components of townhome floors and walls will provide excellent sound-deadening benefits between residences.

Hidden Harbor townhomes feature Advantech® 50-year warranty sub-flooring.

Even as the initial exterior walls of the first floor go up, the outstanding views and vistas that await Hidden Harbor residents are apparent.

First floor construction progress moves ahead.

A highly specialized team of international craftsmen were selected to handle the framing portion of Hidden Harbor townhomes. The marsh views can be see beyond.

As part of their advanced, storm-resistant design, all exteriors of the townhomes are clad in the patented Windstorm® OSB sheathing system, installed vertically in 14-foot sections.

While typical construction uses 8-foot plywood sections installed horizontally, the vertical 14-foot Windstorm® sheathing system provide a continuous vertical floor-to-floor connection for greater storm resistance.

The large rear areas of glass on the first and second floors of all townhomes will welcome residents to step out and enjoy the scenery from their private balconies.
